Each set includes four heavy-duty scaffold casters with reinforced steel brackets and durable TPR wheels. The dual-brake mechanism locks both the wheel and swivel simultaneously, ensuring safe positioning while working at height.
Dual-Brake System for Maximum Safety
Safety is essential when working on scaffolding. These scaffold caster wheels with dual brake lock both the wheel rotation and the swivel head to prevent unwanted movement.
Each caster includes a locking pin system that prevents the scaffold tube from loosening or slipping during operation, providing additional stability and peace of mind for workers.
Heavy Duty Load Capacity
Each caster supports up to 400 lbs, and the full set of four casters supports up to 1,190 lbs.
The reinforced steel bracket combined with a PP core and thermoplastic rubber (TPR) wheel ensures long-lasting durability while protecting floors from scratches.
Compatible with Common Scaffold Tube Sizes
Two stem types are available to match different scaffold frame designs:
- 1" Round Stem
Fits 1" to 1-3/16" round scaffold tubes
Stem height: 2-3/4" - 1-1/4" Square Stem
Fits 1-1/4" to 1-3/8" square scaffold tubes
Stem height: 3-3/4"
