Quality Issues – Free Return or Exchange

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Returns for Non-Quality Reasons

If you no longer need the product or would like to return it for personal reasons, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

However, please note:

❗Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

❗Items must be brand new, unused, and in unopened original packaging to qualify for a full refund

❗If the product or packaging is opened, used, or incomplete, we may offer a partial refund based on the condition of the returned item

Examples of non-quality return reasons include wrong size ordered, changed mind.

Condition Requirements for Refunds

To receive a full refund, returned products must:

Be unused

Have no signs of installation or wear

Have all original packaging unopened

Include all accessories and manuals

If the package or product shows wear, damage, missing parts, or signs of installation, a partial refund may be issued depending on the product’s condition after inspection.

Holkie reserves the right to decline refunds for severely damaged or heavily used items.

Return Authorization Required

To keep returns quick and organized, all returns must be authorized by Holkie before shipping.

Unauthorized returns or shipments sent without approval will not be accepted.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Used casters or wheels with visible wear

Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Custom orders or special-size products

Items returned without prior authorization
