These 2 inch ball casters are designed for furniture and chair applications that require smooth movement, compact height, and controlled stopping. The ball-style design allows easy movement in multiple directions while maintaining stability.
Each caster features a grip ring stem for quick push-in installation and a side brake to help reduce unwanted rolling. This set includes 4 ball casters.

Installation Guide (Socket & Grip Ring Stem)
These ball casters use a socket + grip ring stem installation method for a secure, tool-free hold after installation.
Step 1: Drill the Mounting Hole
- Drill a hole in the center of the furniture leg bottom
- Use a 13/32" (10 mm) wood drill bit
- Hole depth: 1-9/16" to 1-3/4"
Step 2: Install the Socket
- Insert the socket (included) into the drilled hole
- Tap it into place using a rubber hammer until fully seated
Step 3: Install the Caster Stem
- Push the grip ring stem (5/16" × 1-1/2") into the socket
- Apply firm hand pressure or gently tap with a rubber hammer
- Continue until the stem locks securely in place
⚠️ Installation Note
This product requires a socket mount and is not compatible with threaded stem or plate mounting systems.
